The Bullroarer - The new Alice Spring MTB event!!

Alice Springs has a new MTB event... The Bullroarer

For those familar with the Central Australian Bike Challenge, the Bullroarer is the CABC re-invented!!!

Taking place from the 18th - 24th May 2008, this event is single track heaven winding through the West McDonnell rangers.

There is 7 racing stages over 5 days with the start and finish in one central location - that's right no need for car hire or support crew assistance. Each stage ranges from a 500m hill sprint to a 90km epic. There is a mixture of fire roads, sand, some single track and many thorns.

My wife and I (Jamie and Nicole Burton) plan on going so we'd love to see other West Aussie's there too. Let us know if you're interested. Post a reply on this forum or email us at: jamienicoleburton@yahoo.com.au

Bugger, I missed it. Its there one in 2008? There were some pretty sweet rangers in the Pilbara last time I was there, I hope the West McDonnell rangers are as hot.
