if these are off a brand new bike and never used why are they so cheap? and what could you possibly replace them with on your brand new bike?

i cracked my existing frame and buying a whole new bike was the best way to get a replacement frame. i already have enough bling on the leftover 2nd hand parts to keep me happy.
my loss is your gain.
they are 100% genuine and brand new. they are still bolted to the new bike they came with.... straighth from the showroom floor.
